Meals and the gala dinner

Registration includes lunches and coffee breaks on all three congress days, and the gala dinner aboard the Nile Pharaoh cruising restaurant, with dinner, folkloric shows, music and entertainment. Accompanying persons are welcome at the gala dinner through the accompanying-person package.

Visa support: registered delegates who need a visa for Egypt receive an invitation letter and a visa support letter from the secretariat after registration.
